Noir City

a Savaged Setting

Noir City is a gritty modern campaign set in a dark American city. Characters are detectives, criminals, vigilantes, and others, eking out their lives on the dirty streets of Noir. Noir City uses the Savage Worlds Explorer Edition ruleset as its base, though it also rules modifications from Tour of Darkness, Rippers, and others, as well. Access to these resources is not necessary to play Noir City.
